Terms of Service

ATS Verification ("we", "us", "the service") is a web tool at https://atsverification.com that:

• Parses your resume the way an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would.
• Shows you the extracted text plus an ATS Score and a list of structural issues.
• Optionally generates a rebuilt, ATS-safe .docx version (paid tiers).

Read this carefully — these are the things ATS Verification cannot guarantee, no matter what tier you buy:

• We don't guarantee any specific ATS will accept your resume. We test against the 10 most-common parsing failure patterns documented by Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, iCIMS and similar engines. We do not have direct API access to those ATSes — we cannot promise a particular ATS at a particular employer will rank you favourably.
• We don't guarantee interview callbacks or job offers. Resumes are one input among many. Your callback rate depends on content strength, role fit, market timing, and dozens of other factors outside our control.
• The Verbatim tier preserves your words. If your resume bullets are weak, the Verbatim rebuild produces a structurally clean but content-unchanged version. Choose Enhanced or Bundle if you want AI rewriting.
• The Enhanced and Bundle tiers will not invent facts. The AI rewrites tighten language but never add metrics, claims, employers, dates, or skills the original didn't contain. If you want fabricated content, this is not the product for you.
• Our ATS Score is our metric. It reflects how many of our 10 structural checks your resume passes. It is not a Workday score, a Jobscan score, or a guarantee of any specific ATS outcome.

You agree to use the service only to:

• Scan and rebuild resumes that you have the legal right to modify (yours or someone who has authorised you).
• Use the service for genuine job-application purposes or recruiting.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload someone else's resume without their consent.
• Scrape, automate, or abuse the service (rate-limited; sustained abuse will result in IP blocks).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our detection rules to clone the product.
• Resell access to paid tiers.
• Use the service to commit fraud (e.g., generating fake credentials).

Current tiers are listed at https://atsverification.com/#pricing. Prices are one-time per scan — no subscription, no auto-renewal.

• Money-back guarantee: if your scan finds zero issues at any severity (clean A-grade), email us within 7 days for a full refund. We honour this no questions asked.
• Otherwise, paid scans are non-refundable once you've received the rebuild file (you got the deliverable). Disputes via card chargeback are handled per Polar's dispute process (Polar is our Merchant of Record).
• If the service fails technically (e.g., your file uploads but no rebuild is delivered due to our error), we will either re-process it or refund you on request.

• Your content stays yours. Anything you upload — and the rebuilt resume we deliver back to you — belongs to you. We take no ownership claim over your resume, your bullet points, or any data you provide.
• Our tool is ours. The ATS Verification brand, code, detection rules, AI prompts, and rebuild engine are our intellectual property. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including missed job opportunities, lost callbacks, or career outcomes.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We test thoroughly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible output.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms (e.g., abuse, fraud, scraping). Material violations may result in permanent IP blocks. You can stop using the service at any time — no account to cancel.

We may update these terms. The current version is always at this URL with a "last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email if we have one for you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by Dubai courts. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, your local consumer protection rights apply alongside these terms — nothing here waives them.
